POLOKWANE – The Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa (Fedhasa) hosted a hospitality workshop at Bolivia Lodge last Tuesday.
The objective of the workshop was to keep hospitality and tourism industry role-players informed and updated on the latest issues affecting them and to provide a platform for discussions.

Fedhasa invited speakers from different organisations to address the audience on the following topics:
• Erica Kempken, a senior consultant in workplace learning for ProvServ, discussed the advantages of skills training.
