Have you seen William Aphane?

THE police in Marble Hall are searching for a 45-year-old man, William Aphane from Driefontein-Moutse West, who was last seen at the Marble Hall shopping complex on August 27.

Marble Hall police spokesperson, Const Lethunya Mmuroa, said Aphane left his groceries with his friend, a contract worker who was doing road maintenance.

“He was with an unknown man aged between 30 and 38 years. He told his friend that the man who was with him promised to sell him meat cheaply and that he was going to go with him. They reportedly left the area together, but never returned,” Mmuroa said.

Aphane works as a security guard in Marble Hall. His colleagues, family, friends and the police do not know his whereabouts.
