Areas to be load shed today are:
17:00-18:00
NO load shedding in the 16:00-18:00 bracket
18:00-20:00
B7 AREAS: Le Rouxville, Polokwane Ext. 16 and 17, Futura, Laboria and Polkwane Ext. 29.
20:00-22:00
B8 AREAS: CBD, between Thabo Mbeki and Excelsior Streets and between Dahl and Biccard Streets.
Eskom assures all customers that load shedding is done as a last resort, when absolutely necessary to protect the power system. Any unexpected change on the constrained and vulnerable power system will lead to a change in the stage of load shedding.
