LIMPOPO – On Saturday night Abraham Mmuti Lebudi (30) allegedly hung his son, Theboga Frans Sebloai (4).
This happened after Lebudi had an argument in a tavern in Masakhane township close to Bela-Bela with the child’s mother, Grontse Dinah Sebolai (23).
According to Police spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto, Lebudi went home at about 21:15 Saturday night, put a rope around the child’s neck and hung him from a tree.
On Sunday morning, Lebudi phoned the child’s relatives, and told them where to fine Sebolai’s body. He also mentioned that they will find his body in close vicinity to that of the child. He apparently then hung himself with a rope around his neck.
Lebudi’s body was found hanging from a tree.
An inquest docket has been opened.
