MOKOPANE – THE next two weekends would be the ideal time to invest in a lot of firewood and board games as there is going to be an interruption of the electricity supply by the Mogalakwena Municipality to do important maintenance on the North and South substations.
The following consumers will be affected by the interruption on Saturday, June 6 from 08:00 to 19:00:
Industrial areas: extensions 5, 6 and 13, residential areas: extension 17, (Alutta Park), and farming consumers in the following areas, Uitloop, Uitkyk, Amatava, Helderfontein, Weenen and Makapans valley.
The following consumers will be affected by the interruption on Sunday, June 7:
Extension 9 (Chroompark), ext 12 (new and old sections), (Nylpark), ext 2 (Kameeldoring park), old industrial area (Zebediela road) and farming consumers in the Lisbon area and the golf course area. The electricity in this area will be off from 09:00 to 18:00.
Industrial areas: extensions 5, 6 and 13, residential areas: extension 17, (Alutta Park), and farming consumers in the following areas, Uitloop, Uitkyk, Amatava, Helderfontein, Weenen and Makapans valley. Electricity in these areas will be off from 08:00 to 19:00.
The cause of the power interruption is to do important maintenance on the South substation and North Substation.
The following consumers will be affected by the interruption on Saturday, June 13 and SundayJune 14 from 08:00 tp 19:00:
Industrial areas: extensions 5, 6 and 13, residential areas: extension 17, (Alutta Park), and farming consumers in the following areas, Uitloop, Uitkyk, Amatava, Helderfontein, Weenen and Makapans valley.
