LIMPOPO – THE Mokopane police appeal to all owners of spaza shops to close their shops on time and to increase their security.
The appeal was made after the owner of the spaza shop, Limpopo Supermarket was shot in the leg by three suspects and robbed of R1 300 and airtime.
The incident occured on Sunday evening.
“The owner was rushed to hospital and is in recovery. The investigation is on-going and no arrest have yet been made,” reported Const Irene Masingi, spokesperson for the Mokopane police.
