LIMPOPO – Recalling and non-recalling of leadership doesn’t kill the morale and if people don’t see me tomorrow, there will be another capable mayor doing the job.

This was according to Capricorn District Mayor, Gilbert Kganyago. He answered questions at a media networking event held at Fusion Boutique Hotel in Polokwane last Thursday.

“The reshuffling of cabinet is also happening in national government, but service delivery still goes on,” he said.

When it comes to the allegations raised by the DA that a salary payment of more than R700 000 was paid to the senior manager of Performance, John Mpe, who has reportedly not pitched up for work since November 2014, Kganyago said he will never discuss human resources matters in public.
