Mmatema Moremi to perform live at Meropa

Fans of the hugely popular TV reality talent series, Idols South Africa, will be thrilled to hear that Limpopo born Mmatema Moremi, who came second in last year’s competition, will perform live at Meropa Casino and Entertainment World.
The emerging singer, who garnered a massive following of fans in the competition last year, will light up the stage with her ‘Mmatema Brings it Home’ show at Jembe Tavern at Meropa on 17 June.
The young starlet, who many thought would win the competition and become the first black female winner of Idols South Africa, is pursuing her musical career with gusto. She has been performing across the country and has also released her debut single, ‘Because Of You’.
Fans can look forward to a super show by this talented young singer. She will perform a variety of cover songs as well as her own material.
Sonke Mazibuko, a top three finalist of Idols South Africa’s ninth season will be the supporting act.
Tickets cost R150 per person and can be purchased at Meropa’s Cash Desk. The show will start at 20:00.
