Bearing Services Africa recently opened a branch in Polokwane, Bearing Services Polokwane, with Branch Manager Braam Schutte at the helm of this operation.
Schutte is well known in the industry and says he relishes this new challenge.
Bearing Services Polokwane is the only authorised distributor of SKF products in the city. SKF entered the South African market in 1914 and offers local industry a full range of solutions and services. “I sincerely believe that SKF is the best product on the market in the world today and when you believe in a product, you can sell it,” Schutte says.

“We also specialise in lubrication, power transmissions, pulleys, fan belts and industrials seals. Onsite inspections and bearing changes are part of our services. We go out to our clients, inspect their bearings and give them advice on how to prolong the work life of that specific part of the machinery,” he explains.
