Incredible Connection launches customised photo offering

In keeping up with the times where consumers are taking photos more regularly and no longer putting them in albums, but rather using them as decorative pieces in their homes, Incredible Connection has launched Incredible Photo.
This product is not available in Polokwane yet, but plans are underway to have Incredible Photo in every store soon.
This product aims to provide consumers with a range of high quality photo printing products suited for the office, home or even as a special gift for example.
To bring its customers these high quality personalised photo products, Incredible Connection has roped in the services of a leading print service provider. Using cutting edge printing technology, the Incredible Photo service enables consumers to create their own personalised products such as wall art, cushions and photo books, ensuring customers have some of their most treasured memories close to them every day.
Mastura Ahmed, Marketing Executive for Incredible Connection says the company is always trying to break the mould by devising products and services that speak to current consumer trends. “Photo products in different shapes and forms that enhance one’s home are a big trend at the moment as seen by the rise in popularity of apps such as Instagram. What better way for us to embrace this trend than by launching an innovative photo based service?”
Incredible Photo offers the convenience of creating and ordering the products from home, by using any mobile device or computer. Products can then be collected at Incredible Connection stores across the country.
So how does it work?
Customers are able to design photo products by registering online at www.incrediblephoto.co.za
The production and delivery turnaround time is seven working days from receipt of payment and all order information. Once the customers’ products are ready, they will receive an SMS confirming that the order is ready for collection
Customers can collect their orders at selected Incredible Connection stores. Alternatively, they can select home or office delivery charged at normal courier fees
Incredible Connection has set up a client care centre, contactable on 0860 011 700, which offers high level support using the Incredible Photo service
