Sport, Arts and Culture MEC Nandi Ndalane addressed Grade 12 learners from various schools in Vuwani and surrounds who are attending catch-up classes at the former Makhado College of Education in Dzanani near Louis Trichardt on Mandela Day. These learners are affected by ongoing civil protests which earlier resulted in a number of schools being burnt down and lower grade learners still not being allowed to return to school. Ndalane handed over some sport equipment and board games to the learners.
