New appointments lead way in SAPS

Lt Col Stephen Manasoe was appointed Marble Hall SAPS Commander while the former head of the station, Lt Col Catherine Maswanganye, who commanded the station since 2012, has been appointed as crime prevention head at Motetema.

LIMPOPO – Manasoe, who formerly commanded Hlogotlou SAPS was appointed as the station’s new head last Tuesday. He was described as a dedicated police officer who prides several awards in the police.

He also formerly served at Nebo SAPS, as Masemola satellite station commander, Groblersdal Support Services Head and as Groblersdal Crime Prevention Commander.

Brig Lucas Mogwaneng, Groblersdal Cluster Commander, described Manasoe as a dedicated and hard working police officer who goes the extra mile to ensure crime is reduced.

“We appeal to police members to work with him for the production of good results and towards the satisfaction of the community,” said Mogwaneng. Manasoe said he was happy and ready to serve Marble Hall community. He further encouraged police members to work as a team in order to win the fight against crime.

Constable Lethunya Mmuroa, Marble Hall Police Spokesperson, said members at Marble Hall SAPS welcomed the appointment of the new station commander.

“We are satisfied with the changes and are ready to work with a police officer of high integrity like Manasoe,” added Mmuroa.
