Local golf players took the opportunity to take part in the MGM Motors Volvo competition played in Combined Stableford format on Saturday.
The winners were Edwin Mackay and Charles Mara with 75 points, followed by Dudley Venner and Charles Hardy with 72 points. Joe Legora was nearest to the pin on the ninth and Roelf de Beer nearest on the 18th. In the two clubs game, Naomi Molepo, Jonas Tshikunda and Lennie Olley each won R120.
