Northern Academy pulls a rabbit out of the hat

Learners at Northern Academy Primary School set the stage alight with their unique dance moves during the school’s Magical Time Wheel concert that took place at the school on Thursday night.

POLOKWANE – The Gr 1 to Gr 3 learners transfixed everyone in attendance and parents could not contain their enthusiasm. 1000 learners participated in the concert which took the learners and their teachers eight months to prepare for. According to Chantel Nel, a teacher at Northern Academy says the event, from the preparations to the execution, was aimed at teaching the learners cooperation skills.

She said all the teachers at the school turned into choreographers, singers and costume designers in the lead-up to the concert. She said they are very proud of the learners who all did their part on the night.
