POLOKWANE – The concert was opened with scripture and prayer before the children took to the stage to show how hard they had been practicing for the past weeks, says Principal Eloise Petzer. The learners danced and sang on stage with songs including Let your light shine and Hasie hoekom is jou stert so kort? with the children wearing cute bunny masks and with fluffy tails attached to their shorts.

Then it came time for the Gr R class to graduate before they move on to Gr 1 next year. All the children wore their graduation gowns with pride and accepted their certificates before telling the audience what they wanted to be when they grow up. Careers included doctors, lawyers and soldiers.
