Curro Heuwelkruin has once again obtained a 100% Matric pass rate

Curro Heuwelkruin has congratulated its gr 12 class of 2016 on their excellent results following the release of IEB results on Friday, 29 December.

Curro Heuwelkruin, writing IEB exams, once again obtained a 100% pass with 34 of the 36 learners earning a Bachelor Degree Pass. The group earned 73 distinctions with Joané Spies (eight distinctions) and Nicolette de Kock (six distinctions) topping the cluster.

 

Joané earned her spot in the top 1% of nationwide learners in Afrikaans Home Language, Engineering Graphics and Design, English First Additional Language and Life Orientation and Nicci de Kock in the top 1% for Life Orientation. Bianca Jardim also earned a spot in the top 1% for Life Orientation. Joané is also under the Top 5% of learners within the IEB (11 021 learners wrote the 2016 exam) obtaining above 80% in six subjects as well as Life Orientation. She is one of only two learners within the Curro group achieving this honour.
