Store manager and accomplice out on bail

POLOKWANE – A store manager from Mankweng and his 28-year-old accomplice have been released on R1 000 bail each, according to Police Spokesperson Capt Maano Sadike.

The man, a 24-year-old manager at a clothing store in a local mall in Mankweng, reported the alleged robbery on Tuesday, 3 January.

Sadike confirmed that the two suspects appeared in the Mankweng Magistrate’s Court on 9 January and were released on bail. “Their next court appearance is on 10 February and they face charges of robbery and perjury,” he said.
