Lucresia Antonio, owner of Fishaways Library Gardens and the Store Manager, Mavis Hlahla, visited BONUS on Thursday to explain their different specials on offer, the variety of options to order food, and also the different payment methods used by their store.
“We strive to give excellent service to each and every one of our clients, be it a walk in client, online, or someone who places an order over the phone. We prepare our food ourselves and we promise food of good quality and delicious taste, as we believe that before we serve food to our clients we taste it ourselves, with that in mind we guarantee food of good quality and standard,” Antonio said.
She added that there are three payment methods they use in and out of store.
“In store we accept cash and speed point payments, our drivers also have speed points with them that customers can use.
We also accept online payments. Fishaways Library Gardens is part of the Famous Brands Franchise South Africa and we are the first in Polokwane to have a Fishaways app where customers can place their orders online free of charge.
You can download the app on your phone from the Google Playstore and once it has been downloaded there will be a fish icon on your phone. On this app you will find the menu, specials and payment options,” Antonio explained.
