Emmanuel Argomeda, Senior Pastor of Royal House Chapel International in Maryland in the United States of America, visited Church On The Hill (Coth) on Monday evening as part of his tour of Coth’s South African branches.
Vusi Mashabane, Senior Pastor of Coth, introduced Agormeda and said that he was born in Ghana and accepted Jesus Christ in 1993, this after being temporarily incapacitated and had a man of God pray for his recovery. “The Reverend’s personal vision and passion is equipping people for a victorious and successful Christian life on earth as well as preparing them for the second coming of our Lord whilst he is always looking for opportunities to disciple people into Christian leadership,” Mashabane said.
Argomeda’s service was on the theme, ‘It’s an easy thing for God’ based on 2 Kings 3: 4 to 20. “There are things or spirits in life which will delay your progress, yours is to live in faith. Do the possible and let God do the impossible. If you hope to receive something; a child, a job, a house, or a car, you must dig your ditches. If you want water, dig a ditch and God will fill it with water. Pray for rain in your life,” Argomeda said.
“We are indeed honoured to have a great man of God in Reverend Emmanuel touch our ground. The presence of God was felt in our midst, our lives will be impacted positively and we thank Thinah Zungu and Sipho Ngwenya for an awesome praise and worship. Reverend Emmanuel’s sermon has reignited our pursuit to take the City for God,” Mashabane said after the service.
