Elica u/13 boys to attend Bill Stewart tournament

Two learners from Elica Primary School proved to be the best in their age group and succeeded in making their school proud.

POLOKWANE – Thato Segolela in Gr 7 and Thato Mpati in Gr 6 played with great flair to qualify for the Limpopo Primary Schools Football Association team to represent their school and Limpopo.

They will play in the Bill Stewart Soccer Tournament in Johannesburg later this year.

Bill Stewart was an American football coach and the tournament is over 40 years old.

Elica Primary School is very proud of the two u/13 learners and congratulated them on their achievement.

Elica also conveyed their thanks to the coaching department, namely Billy Mojapelo, Lourence Erasmus and Melice Gowelo, the coach and teachers respectively. They thanked them for their hard work during the preparation of the learners, their support throughout the trip and their support during this year’s matches.
