Shoppers are invited to make the most of the warmer weather by visiting Mall of the North’s wellness expo, Spring into Health, on Friday and Saturday.
“At long last spring has finally arrived. Now that the cold winter months are becoming a distant memory there is no better time to get up, get healthy, and put a spring back in your step. Knowing where to begin can be tricky, which is why Mall of the North is inviting shoppers to kick-start the new season in style at the Spring into Health wellness expo,” says Mari Delport, Mall of the North Marketing Manager in a media release.
According to Delport exhibitors will offer free health screenings including cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar tests. Health professionals will also be on hand to conduct hearing aid and visual consultations.
Shoppers will also be able to access the latest information on oral hygiene and therapeutic reflexology.
“Browse the freshest products and get the best advice from a professional team of wellness experts from the Medical Nutritional Institute, Vision Works, Dr van Reede van Oudtshoorn, Herbalife, Pulse Fit, Virgin Active, Boost Juice, USN, Biogen, Jani Erasmus Podiatrist and Dis-Chem,” says Delport.
“So join in and get ready for your healthiest summer yet.”
The expo will be in Mall of the North’s Edgars Court from 10:00 to 17:00 on Friday and from 10:00 to 14:00 on Saturday.
