Thladi is a Superhero in her own right
Thladi works for the Department of Education District Office where she is the one people call to deal with departmental issues at schools.
POLOKWANE – When people hear the name Natare Thladi they breathe a deep sigh of relief. She is not a doctor or police officer who will save them in a tight spot, but for those working with her she is a superhero.
“There is never a time when you will find her being too busy. No matter how big the pile of files on her table.

“Once she knows you need assistance, that is her priority. There is not many people like her and she is like a God-sent to us,” one of the principal assistants at a school in the city, Elize Bothma, told BONUS.
Thladi was a teacher and is now an assistant director. Her duties as assistant director include coordinating admissions in schools, managing and providing professional support to schools and monitoring that school budgets are used as it should. With regard to her vision for education in Limpopo and the country as a whole, she would like to see schools get access to more technology to make their tasks easier.
“To me admission season is the most challenging. All parents want their children in city schools, but the fact is there is not enough space and schools cannot accommodate all the learners,” she says.
She evaluates success by the happiness portrayed on her clients’ faces and the number of people she assisted positively.
Her rule in life is that her actions and state of mind affects everything she does.
“I am also mindful of my purpose in everything I do.”
When Thladi is not at work she takes her sharing and caring personality to her church and community where she is active in charity work.
Her message to the people of Limpopo relating to education is that they should be educated to effect positive change in people’s lives and want to make the country economically stable.
The reason she views education as crucial is that it makes people knowledgeable, independent, useful and optimistic towards the future and confident in everything they do.
