Jabez learners excel in Ironwoods

Jabez Christian School learners had their bit of athletic fun during the Ironwoods recently held at the Peter Mokaba Sports Complex.

POLOKWANE – The athlete’s performances were all evaluated according to the Primary Schools’ Athletics Performance Evaluation Tables commonly used in schools participating in athletics. The evaluation tables are also used as a measure in which to the compare the performance of athletes in events.

Jabez Christian School athletes Fulufelo Mudau, Itumeleng Mogoshoa, Ditheto Machaka, Andrew Ngwenya, Tumishang Rametsetse and Emmanuel Kandeleyi set quite an example for the other learners, proving to them that they too can do well by representing their school in the different athletic codes.

Fulufelo did exceptionally well in the discus for girls u/12, Itumeleng and Ditheto proceeded to represent the school in girls u/12 1200 m, Andrew did well in the high jump for boys u/12 and Tumishang in the 1500 m for boys u/13. Emmanuel also depicted great strides representing the school in boys u/12 1200 m race.

Jabez Christian School Principal Elana Erasmus explained the school’s gratitude for the learners’ hard work and also thanked them for representing the school in the manner that they did.
