Big things coming to Mall of the North
For years residents of the city envied friends and family living in big metropoles like Johannesburg and Cape Town as they can buy the famously delicious Burger King burgers.
POLOKWANE – Management of Mall of the North heard the pleas of their customers and just released the news of a Burger King opening in the mall on the upper lever on 15 May.
Another popular food tenant, Chicken Licken, will also join the Mall family on 1 May.
General Manager, Sumari de Ridder, explains these are not the only new stores to be opened in the mall this year.
“We are also introducing the Fun Company that will include an arcade with bumper cars and an eight-lane bowling alley and trampoline park. This will open on 1 May on the upper level,” she says.
“We are delighted about being able to offer shoppers more choice than ever before. We constantly strive to give shoppers the very best entertainment and retail variety and we are confident the Fun Company and new food tenants will be firm favourites with local consumers.”
PC Express will also open its doors in the mall in May and in August the clothing brand, Polo, will open its doors.
Apart form these new shops the mall is also celebrating their seventh birthday this year and customers can join in the celebrations by visiting their social media platforms to take part in the competitions and giveaways.
“Mall of the North is a vital and vibrant part of the community, both as an entertainment and retail economic hub,” says de Ridder. “We’re absolutely thrilled that Mall of the North is bringing to Polokwane shoppers new, bigger and better experiences each with a fresh and distinctive flair.”
