New N1 toll tariffs between Polokwane & Pretoria announced

The new toll fees come in the wake of VAT, the fuel levy and the Road Accident Fund Levy increase.

POLOKWANE – Thousands of motorists make use of the N1 between Polokwane and Pretoria on a daily basis, moving through the four main toll gates: Nyl, Kranskop, Carousel and Pumlani.

Spokesperson for the Department of Transport in Limpopo, Matome Moremi-Taueatsoala recently announced an increase in toll fees as a result of VAT increasing as well as the fuel levy and the Road Accident Fund Levy.

A round trip that would usually cost R306 will now cost motorists R326.
