POLOKWANE – It was a colour filled evening for all at the Paint It @ Nite event which took place at Mikes Kitchen on Friday night, 23 February.

At only R100 per A5 artwork, it was the bargain of a lifetime with original creations by current top-notch artists or up-and-coming artists up for sale.

A guest at the event, interior designer, Martin-Shawn van Huysten shared information with Review about Annie Sloon interior design paint specially brought in from the UK, which is now available at Greener Tidings.
The night was infused with some fun activities for the little ones, which included cupcake decorating and a hotdog challenge.
All funds raised during the night will go to Ons Tuiste old age home.
Raeesa Sempe is a Caxton Award-winning Digital Editor with nine years’ experience in the industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand and started her journey as a community journalist for the Polokwane Review in 2015. She then became the online journalist for the Review in 2016 where she excelled in solidifying the Review’s digital footprint through Facebook lives, content creation and marketing campaigns. Raeesa then moved on to become the News Editor of the Bonus Review in 2019 and scooped up the Editorial Employee of the Year award in the same year. She is the current Digital Editor of the Polokwane Review-Observer, a position she takes pride in.
