LIMPOPO – The first storm of the rainy season has brought with it hail the size of golf balls, and motorists on the R101 between Mookgophong and Mokopane and urges to reduce speed due to slippery road conditions.

According to the South African Weather Service, severe thunderstorms are expected over the Waterberg and Sekhukhune regions of Limpopo later today, which includes Mokopane.
