Feed a family; fill a bottle with ingredients

POLOKWANE – Wilhelmiena Kkoutas from the Leading Miracle Foundation is helping to feed families who cannot afford to buy food during the lockdown.

You too can help feed a family of six by filling a bottle with ingredients.

To help, you can fill a 750ml coffee or mayonnaise bottle in layers with the following ingredients:

• 1 Cup of rice/samp.
• Half a cup lentil.
• Quarter cup of soup mix.
• 1 Teaspoon salt.
• 1 Tablespoon oxtail/brown onion powder.

Those who receive the bottles can boil the mix in six cups of water in a pot for 25 to 30 minutes to feed their families.
