Limpopo records 123 new Covid-19 cases

The number of confirmed Covid-19 cases stands at 1 425 while 635 people have recovered.

LIMPOPO – The Department of Health in the province says 123 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the province.

Capricorn is the district with the most new cases, 41, of which Polokwane had the most new cases with 31. The Waterberg district had the second most new cases, with Thabazimbi recording 21 new cases.

Sekhukhune district has 18 new cases followed by Mopani (16) and Vhembe (15).

No new deaths were recorded in the province and the death toll remains 13.

Of the 1 425 confirmed cases in the province, 777 are active cases while 635 people have recovered.
