Missing teenage mom and baby found safe

The mom and baby were last seen on 26 February.

LIMPOPO – Mulaudzi Rotshidzwa (17) and her 11-month-old daughter, Maphiri Zwoluga have been found.

 “The missing mom and daughter were found alive and have been reunited with their family,” said Police Spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe in a statement on Monday, 8 March.

The duo were reported missing on 26 February.

LIMPOPO – The police in Mphephu appeal to the public to help locate a teenage mom and baby who went missing in February.

The mother, 17-year-old Mulaudzi Rotshidzwa and her daughter 11-month-old daughter Maphiri Zwoluga, from Tshituni Thembaluvhilo village were last seen on 26 February at around 16:30.

According to a statement issued by Police Spokesperson, Sgt Mienkie Ramakgoakgoa the teenager reportedly left home to visit her boyfriend who lives in the same village.

The missing mother was last seen wearing her school uniform which consist of a powder blue shirt, black skirt and blue jersey. Anyone who knows of their whereabouts is urged to contact Capt Dzagana at 082 565 7729 or 079 891 4618.
