POLOKWANE – While power supply has been restored to most parts of Eduan Park following a power failure, other parts of the suburb will be without power today (November 1) due to a faulty mini-sub.

Municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala said affected properties include those on Logan Street and surroundings.

“Maintenance work will have to be carried out this morning to replace the faulty mini-sub. Power supply will be restored once the technicians have replaced it,” he said.

Selala urged affected users to treat all electrical wiring as live for the duration of the unplanned interruption and to switch off all appliances to avoid injury and damage once supply is restored.
