Start with two glasses filled with ice, add a slice of the dry grapefruit and top it off with a 1/4 cup of sparkling water/Indian tonic or lemonade.
3. Stir and enjoy!
Now that the mocktail is ready to serve, stir for extra sweetness or add a sprig of fresh mint if have on hand.
