The search for Bruno continues

A case of theft has been made at the police station and thereafter a video displaying what happened was widely spread.

POLOKWANE – On December 29 five week old Bruno was playing with his mom and siblings in the yard, and the next moment he was abducted from his home.

Bruno’s human mom, Leeanne van der Muller said, the two of them had an instant bond the minute they met and that she never intended on selling or giving Bruno away.

The incident took place 10 minutes after Van der Muller’s husband had left the house.

Bruno.

A case of theft has been made at the police station and thereafter a video displaying what happened was widely spread.

“I did not advertise any of my puppies as their new homes was already waiting for them to go to when they turned eight weeks old. I think the only way he could have known about them is by watching my house and getting my dog used to him,” Leeanne added.

To the person who took Bruno, Leeanne has a message:

“You took a puppy who still needs his mom to teach him how to become a well-socialised dog. You took my Bruno without a thought of how this would affect anyone in my house. We love and miss Bruno. We do not know if you are feeding him or if he is getting love or affection that he needs. I hope if you ever put your hand into a fence to take something that does not belong to you that you get caught in action so that there can be justice. I do believe that this was not the first time you did this. We are watching and will catch you.”

Leeanne offers a reward of R1 000 for the safe return of Bruno and R1 500 if the suspect is with Bruno.
