PEPPS make a splash at Lim inter-school gala
PEPPS' swimming team makes a strong debut at Limpopo's inter-school gala in Phalaborwa, showcasing talent and determination.
POLOKWANE – Swimmers from PEPPS Polokwane proudly participated in the inter-laer swimming gala held in Phalaborwa on Thursday, where schools across Limpopo came together to compete.
The event provided a valuable platform for learners to showcase their talent while learning from their peers.
Monica Afonso, a teacher at PEPPS, expressed her pride in the school’s participation, noting that this was the first time PEPPS Polokwane sent a full team instead of individual swimmers. “This is an exciting milestone for our swimming programme,” she said.
Afonso acknowledged the strong competition from other schools, saying a lot of hard work awaits.
“We are optimistic and eager for what’s to come. This is just the beginning, and we look forward to seeing our team grow stronger and faster with each competition.”
She concluded by congratulating all the swimmers for representing the school very well.
