Polokwane expects scorching week ahead

Polokwane is set for a hot week ahead, with temperatures rising steadily in the thirties and dropping slightly over the weekend.

POLOKWANE – A hot week ahead is expected for Polokwane this week, with temperatures soaring in the thirties on most days.

Monday will be sunny, with a light cloud cover and a high of 30°C.

Tuesday and Wednesday will see temperatures peak at 31°C, with clear skies and no chance of rain.

Thursday and Friday can expect the heat to rise further, reaching 34°C, making them the hottest days of the week.

A slight respite from the heat is expected on Saturday, with temperatures dropping to 29°C with a possibility of thunderstorms in the afternoon.

A cooler day awaits on Sunday, with temperatures dipping to 28°C and partly cloudy conditions.

Evening temperatures are expected to range between 15°C and 18°C.
