Warm, partly cloudy week ahead for Polokwane

Polokwane can expect a summer week with occasional stormy afternoons, but mostly pleasant weather with plenty of sunshine.

POLOKWANE – Residents can expect a warm and mostly settled week ahead, with a mix of sun, clouds, and a few afternoon thunderstorms.

The week begins with warm temperatures reaching 29°C, as early clouds gradually clear to allow for periods of sunshine.

On Tuesday, conditions heat up to 32°C, making it the warmest day of the week. While the morning should be bright, be prepared for the chance of isolated afternoon thunderstorms.

Wednesday brings a cooler turn with a high of 26°C, as sunshine gives way to increasing cloud cover and a couple of late-day thunderstorms.

The cooler trend continues into Thursday, which will be pleasant at 23°C, with a mix of clouds and sun and no major weather disruptions expected.

Heading toward the weekend, Friday warms slightly to 27°C, starting off with low clouds before brightening later in the day.

The weekend itself looks warm and largely stable.

Saturday reaches 29°C under high clouds, creating a bright but hazy feel. Sunday also rises to 29°C, offering a partly sunny day with the possibility of a brief afternoon shower.
