Polokwane’s Noordjieland hosts colourful Family Day
Polokwane’s Noordjieland Pre-Primary hosted a fun Family Day as learners dressed up to celebrate their loved ones.
POLOKWANE – Noordjieland Pre-Primary School hosted a joyful Family Day on March 6, giving learners the chance to celebrate and show appreciation for their families.
The young ones arrived in creative outfits representing mothers, fathers, grandparents, uncles, aunts and other loved ones.
Learners carried suitcases, handbags, and even knobkerries, while accessorising with hats, fake beards, wigs, glasses, earrings, watches, aprons, and more, bringing their family tributes to life.

Excitement filled the air as children proudly shared stories about their families, pointing out who they were dressed as and sharing fun facts about their loved ones.

The event offered learners a meaningful way to understand the importance of family and the role each member plays in their lives.
It helped foster a sense of community and belonging within the school.
