POLOKWANE – A video circulating on social media allegedly shows a group of learners assaulting another learner at Kabelo High School, raising concern among community members.

The footage appears to show several learners attacking one learner while others watch.

Slight Mabotja, CEO of Seshego Communities Against Crime and Gangsterism, told Review Online that community members are organising a protest at the school on March 24, seeking answers and measures to prevent similar incidents.

Community members say they want the school to prioritise learner safety and ensure that incidents of this nature are properly addressed.

Mabotja indicated that the community plans to visit the school today (March 24) to engage with management and find a solution.
