Polokwane to enjoy sunny week with cool winter nights

Polokwane will see sunny winter days with highs into the mid-twenties this week, but overnight temperatures could drop as low as 4°C.

POLOKWANE – Residents can look forward to a stretch of sunny, pleasant winter days this week, though nighttime temperatures are expected to drop significantly.

According to forecast data, Monday will bring a mix of clouds and sun with a high of 24°C and an overnight low of 8°C.

Clear skies through midweek

Tuesday is expected to be hazy and sunny, reaching a high of 25°C before cooling to 7°C overnight. Wednesday will see similar conditions with hazy sunshine and a high of 23°C, dropping to 9°C after sunset.

Thursday will bring hazy sunshine with a steady afternoon breeze, peaking at 22°C and falling to 9°C overnight.

Weekend outlook

Looking ahead to the weekend, Friday promises plenty of sunshine with a high of 19°C and a chilly low of 5°C.

Saturday will see sunshine with a few clouds, reaching 21°C during the day before cooling to 4°C overnight, the coldest night of the week.

Sunday will offer hazy sunshine with a high of 22°C and an overnight low of 5°C
