NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT ON COMMUNAL LAND LODGED IN TERMS OF SECTION 74(2) OF THE POLOKWANE MUNICIPAL LAND USE PLANNING BY-LAW, 2017 (AMENDED 2025) READ TOGETHER WITH THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 16 OF 2013). We, Nhlatse Planning Consultants, being the duly appointed agent of Ramatsobane Developers, to whom a Portion of the farm Schoonheid 262 KS has been allocated by the Ditlou Machidi Traditional Council, hereby give notice in terms of Section 95 of the Polokwane Municipal Land Use Planning By-Law, 2017 (amended 2025), that an application has been lodged with the Polokwane Municipality in terms of section 74(2) of the abovementioned by-law for Land Development on Communal Land, for a Shopping Centre and Filling Station on a Portion of the farm Schoonheid 262 KS, situated in the Ga-Chuene area, within the Polokwane Local Municipality.
Any objection(s) and/or comment(s), including the grounds for such objection(s) and/or comment(s) with full contact details, without which the municipality cannot correspond with the person or body submitting the objection(s) and/or comment(s), shall be lodged with, or made in writing to: Manager: City Planning and Property Management, Po Box 111, Polokwane, 0700 for a period of 28 days from 07 August 2026.
Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Manager: City Planning and Property Management, Second Floor West Wing Civic Centre, Landdros Mare Street Polokwane for a Period of 28 Days from the First Date of Publication of the Notice.
