NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 16(1)(f) FOR REZONING FOR PORTION 1 OF ERF 496 PIET POTGIETERSRUST FROM *RESIDENTIAL 1` TO `BUSINESS 1` IN TERMS OF SECTION 16 (1) OF THE MOGALAKWENA MUNICIPALITY LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2016. AMENDMENT SCHEME 236 We, Sakhizwe BNV (Pty) Ltd, being the agent of the owner of Portion 1 of Erf 496 Piet Potgietersrust hereby give notice in terms of Section 16(1) (f) of the Mogalakwena Land Use Management By-Law, 2016, that we have applied to the Mogalakwena Local Municipality for Amendment of the Mogalakwena Land Use Management Scheme, 2008 by Rezoning in terms of Sections 16(1) of the of the Mogalakwena Municipality Land Use Management By-Law, 2016. The subject property is located at number 86 Rabe street in Mokopane CBD. The Rezoning is from `Residential 1` To `Business 1` for a hotel subject to applicable controls in terms of Scheme as stipulated in the Annexure: Floor Area Ratio of 1.6, Height of 6 Storeys, Coverage of 60%, 1 Parking Per Leasable Room Plus 6 Per 100m2 Public Floor Area and Building Lines of 5m Street Boundary and 3m Rear and One Side Boundary.
