I, Azwifaneli Nemanashi of Nash Planning and Civil Consultants (PTY) LTD hereby give notice that I have lodged a Special Consent application for a Liquor enterprise on Erf 36 Miluwani in terms of Section 74 (1) of the Thulamela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law 2016 read together with the provision of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 16 of 2013 (SPLUMA) and Clause 40 of the Thulamela Land Use Scheme 2020. The relevant plan(s), document(s) and information are available for inspection at the office of the Senior Manager: Planning and Economic Development, Thulamela local Municipality, first floor, Thohoyandou for a period of 30 days from the 3rd of June 2026 and any objection or representation pertaining to the above land development application must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager, P.O. Box 5066, Thohoyandou, 0950 before the expiry of 30 day-period or to the offices of the Thulamela municipality during office hours from 07h45 to 16h30 from the 3rd of June 2026. The applicant:
