Project proposal: Proposed mining activity which will involve mining of Antimony ore, Diamond, Fluorspar, Granite/Syenite, Nickel, Platinum Group Metals, Sand general and Silica Sand general on the farm Kleingeluk 301 LS situated within the jurisdiction of Lepelle- Nkumpi Local Municipality, Capricorn District of Limpopo Province.

Appeal Procedure: All Interested and Affected Parties (I&APs) are herewith informed that an appeal may be lodged against the decision within 20 Calender days from date of notification in terms of Chapter 2 of the National Appeal Regulations of 2014. A copy of the official appeal form can be obtained from the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment.
The appellant must submit the appeal to the Minister of Environmental Affairs and a copy to the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources (Limpopo Regional office) by means of the methods outlined below:
