NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATION FOR A MINING PERMIT BY PANDAI NORTHERN MINING GROUP
(PTY) LTD
LP 30/5/1/3/3/2/1/13505 MP Notice is hereby given that the Department of Mineral & Petroleum Resources has granted an Environmental Authorisation (EA) for a mining permit for Chrome Ore (Cr) in respect of a certain portion of portion 01 of the farm Scheiding 407 KS, within the Jurisdiction of Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality, Capricorn district, Limpopo province of South Africa.
The National Appeal Regulations of 2014 prescribes that registered I&APs may appeal the DMPR`s decision. Any party who wishes to do so must submit an appeal to the Minister of the Department of Environmental, Forest and Fisheries
(details below) and send a copy of the appeal to the DMR (Gauteng Regional Offices). Appeals must be submitted by the
03 August 2026 (20 days from the date of this notification).
