NOTIFICATION OF SUBMISSION OF SUBDIVISION AND SPECIAL CONSENT APPLICATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF A CONFERENCE/EVENT FACILITY AND LODGE We, Muiti Planning and Development Consultants (PTY) Ltd, as the authorized agent of the owner of the remainder of A Portion of the farm Witten 91 LS at Witten Village, Limpopo Province hereby give a notice that we have lodged an application for Subdivision and Special Consent Use in terms of Section 71 and 80 of the Blouberg Spatial Planning and Land use Management by law 2017, together with Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013),for the purpose of a modern conference/event facility and lodge comprising of large conference and function rooms, together with supporting equipment and amenities designed to accommodate conferences, accommodations, workshops, community meetings, exhibitions, weddings, and other social and business- related events.
The relevant plan(s) documents and information are available for inspection at the office of the Senior Manager: Planning and Economic Development, Blouberg Local Municipality, 2nd Building Mogwadi, Bochum Road, SENWABARANWA, 0790, Bochum for a period of 28 days from the
16th September 2026, any objection or representation pertaining to the above land development applications must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager, PO Box 1593, SENWABARANWA, 0790 before the expiry of the 28 day period or to the offices of the Blouberg Local Municipality during office hours from 07:45 to 16:30 Address of the applicant:
