NOTICE OF SUBDIVISION APPLICATION OF LAND IN TERMS OF SECTION 67 OF THE MOLEMOLE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2020 We, Concept Practice being the authorized applicant of the registered property owner of Remaining extent of Portion 8 (portion of portion3) of the Farm Zandrivierspoort No. 851 LS, hereby give notice in terms of Section 95 (1)(c) of the Molemole Local Municipal Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2020, that we have applied to Molemole Local Municipality for the subdivision of land.
