POLOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY – NOTICE OF A REZONING APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 61 OF THE POLOKWANE MUNICPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2017 (AMENDED 2025) AMENDMENT SCHEMES 335, 336 We, BJVDS Town & Regional Planners CC t/a Planning Concept Town & Regional Planners, being the applicant of (Amendment Scheme 335) Erf 43908 Polokwane X 141 and (Amendment Scheme 336) Erf 20968 Polokwane X 91 hereby give notice in terms of sections 61 and 95(1)(a) and 67 (1) of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2017 (Amended 2025) ,that we have applied to Polokwane Municipality for the amendment of the applicable Land Use Scheme, by the rezoning of abovementioned properties from *`Industrial 2` to `Private Road`, as well as the subdivision of Erf 43908 Polokwane X 141 into 7 x `Industrial 2` sites. The properties are situated in Polokwane X 91 and 141 Industrial areas.

Any objection(s) and/or comment(s), including the grounds for such objection(s) and/or comment(s) with full contact details, without which the Municipality cannot correspond with the person or body submitting the objection(s) and/or comment(s), shall be lodged with, or made in writing to: Manager: City Planning and Property Management, PO Box 111, Polokwane, 0700 from 9 July 2026. Full particulars and plans (if any) may be inspected during normal office hours at the Municipal offices as set out below, for a period of 28 days from the date of first publication of the notice in the 9 July 2026 newspapers.
