The site is located some 12 km EAST of Polokwane and is accessed along the Percy Fyfe Ga Mashashane road in the Limpopo Province and is 630 ha in extent. A servitude exists on the neighbouring property, portion 4 Doornspruit 741 LS, (335 ha) in favour of Ibis Piggery for groundwater abstraction from boreholes H16- 1959 and H16-1961.
