The property is situated at: Plot 171 Dalmada and is located on the corner of 5th Street and Mohlala/Third Avenue in Dalmada (2352`49.21″S 2931`57.27″E)

The zoning is `Agricultural` and the intension of the applicant is to formalise the land uses on the property and to convert most of the existing units to a lodge (overnight accommodation).
