AMENDMENT SCHEME 248 We, as Urban Scope Developments, being the authorised agent for Erf 792, Piet Potgietersrust Extension 1, have applied to the Mogalakwena Local Municipality in terms of the Mogalakwena Land Use Management By-Law, 2016, for the simultaneous rezoning of the aforementioned property from `Residential 1` to `Special` for the purpose of developing a guesthouse with massage room. The application will lie for inspection at the offices of Planning and Developmental Services, 2nd Floor, Mogalakwena Local Municipality, 54 Retief Street from 07:30 to 15:30, for a period of 28 days from 11 September 2026 .
